The Giant Map of North America is returning to Washington!

Hi Everyone,

The National Geographic Giant Map of North America will come back to our state to visit schools this March and is available for request!

We'll do our best to get the map to your school, of course we are limited to not being able to have it two places at once and it will take time to ship it from school to school.

If you can take care of the map and use it with lots of students and we can fit it into our schedule, we'll be happy to pay for all shipping to and from your school for the map and its activity trunk. To learn more about the Giant Map of North America, please see:

To request the map, please download and complete the form at the bottom of this page. There are a few rules:

1) You must be a current member of the Washington Geographic Alliance; membership is free and gained by creating an account on this site;
2) Priority is given to those teachers who have completed a Summer Institute with the Alliance;
3) The applications are due postmarked no later than Friday, January 23. Applications postmarked after that date will not receive priority in scheduling.
