Tim,

I never put 'er away for the winter; I just don't ride when it's slippery. Rain, no worries; it's just nicer when it's warmer water!

I'm hoping you'll be at the Summer Institute in Kent. I sure enjoyed what you put together in Enumclaw last year.

Shiney side up. Rubber side down.

Hi Tim,
Good job on putting this together! I'm only an armchair geographer this year as I've left teaching and am now the director of the Marysville Community Food Bank. It is an incredibly rewarding job that I hope eventually leads me to an overseas position with an international relief organization.
If you need any help with the Alliance, please don't hesitate to ask!

Thanks Tim for the welcome.

I used to teach 4th grade and every morning, my kids did some map work on the Washington State map. This year, I'm teaching 2nd grade and it's been a bit tougher incorporating geography into the day. Still, I'm trying to get the kids looking at maps and understanding where we are in the world.

Thanks, Tim -- and mostly thank YOU for putting on the meeting yesterday. I am creating a note and mailing list just for yesterday's meeting to send out to everyone there, requesting PowerPoints from the meeting and also, telling them about this site. It is great. Nancy
P.S., back to you later on how we might have a summer institute at CWU having to do with the local Wine Geography - viticultural region, physical, cultural, economic geography, etc.

It was a pleasure that I got to be part of the event. Let me know if there's any more opportunities where I can help out.

Tim,
Don't know if it's Karsten's Ridge, but it is Denali in the background. Nice eye!
